My name is Bret and the way I guide my experiences is very authentic and friendly. I lead my workshops in an entertaining way, we always cook together, share the stories, talk about rituals and traditions as well. I believe that more then a need biological food is a need cultural and social. Together we will stop the time and enjoy the shared moments.We will cook in my self-built Good Food Atelier, situated in 400 years old place. Depending on the time of the year, we will first shop together at the local food market and have a short walk in Karlin district.We prepare and cook 3 basic traditional Czech dishes which follow authentic recipes from my grandma - soup, main course and dessert. You will also taste our home made pickled vegetables and marmalades. Water, tea, coffee and wine are included.I perceive food as a great communication tool through which one can discover the world and establish new friendships. Looking forward to meeting new friends and having fun with them!
