This was a fantastic experience! I have been to other cooking classes before but the visit to the market of Acapulco was fantastic. The guides were kind and did everything to make of our visit a great experience. This maket is different from the souvenir market and the locals buy everything there. The cooking class at the restaurant was very enlighting and I know how to prepare the best guacamole in the world. Gracias Jose and Roger for a delicious day.
our tour guys were fabulous and the tour through the market was beyond great. Rudy took us and let us sample many different foods and that was fun. We went on a tour of the city and Rodger, the other tour guide, was also very interesting. We went to the Jaguar restaurant for our cooking class. There were 5 of us in our group and we all thought we would have a hands on class but when we got to the restaurant we were taken in the kitchen and the cook did all the cooking. It was extremely hot in the kitchen and we were all disappointed that we didn't get to do the cooking because the picture above for this class is very misleading and shows people cooking. The staff brought our food out to us and it was very tasty.
