Nice experience, slightly over priced

The service was great! The windmill village was wonderful. However the tulip fields were all gone so it was extremely disappointing considering the tour company knew about this, tickets should have been half price.

Had alot of fun at both the places. There was enough time to get a tour and explore the place on your own. The guide did and amazing job of keeping the group engaged and the cheese tasting & shoe making things were informative too. Overall would definitely suggest if you dont want to roam around on your own. Its great to have a guided tour.

Great tour - comfortable, clean, and safe!

This was a very nice trip with a great guide and a comfortable ride along the way. Each stop was planned nicely and I felt very safe with our great driver and our fantastic guide (Eva). The only thing I would change is the amount of time spent at each location. 3 hours at the gardens was way too long and another 2+ hours at the windmills was way too long again. I think you could shorten each visit by 50% and still have plenty of time to shop, have lunch, and see the sights. In any case, would definitely recommend!

Although the meeting place was busy, it was organized and we quite easily found where we were supposed to be. There are washrooms and a place to get coffee/snacks before the tour. Our guide, Fleur, was excellent : experienced, informative, fun, and multilingual. The Keukenhoff Gardens are spectacular, and 3 hours is a good amount of time to see it all and have time for a quick bite if you wish. The Zaanse Schans area is cute and quaint, lots of shops. Expect to pay extra to climb a windmill. Also we could not find a free washroom. Our bus driver was very skilled. All in all, a very good value

Our tour guide was Fleur! Absolutely funny and very knowledgeable tour guide. If you are lucky to have her as your guide you’ll have a fantastic day I can assure you! Jacqueline, our driver, brought us safe and sound from Amsterdam to Keukenhof&Zaanse Schans and back. Bear in mind, Keukenhof is absolutely stunning and a must-see BUT it is super crowded!

This was a fantastic tour! The guide was super knowledgeable, even delivering the information in three languages. I over heard someone say that they felt the time with the tulips was too long. I couldn't disagree more. There is just so much to see, it was the perfect amount of time. Then the windmills were beautiful. We had a tour of the cheese factory- which does feel a little like a sales pitch (though that has nothing to do with the tour company). And the clog making demo was interesting. This trip was a gift for my father and he absolutely loved it. I would recommend this! Thank you!

Not enought time in kuekenhoff

Kuekenhoff garden is so beautiful, but we didnt have time to explore the whole place . We only had 2 1/2 hours , the other part of the tour is the windmills and wooden shoe factory. It could have been shorter time there and longer time at the garden

The tulip garden was beautiful and the views stay in your mind for a long while. I would recommend this. The tour did not start at the scheduled time and people operating were quite lax. The tour was supposed to start at 8:45 but eventually started 45 minutes later. Please fix the punctuality of tour.

The gardens were great but the second stop should have been 30 mins by was 3 hours. The entire group was ready to go an hour in. There was no guided tour of the garden. It was really just a ride to the places

Not worth the money. It wasn’t a guided tour (which was more than fine). There was a group of over 50 people and getting everyone on buses was such a mess. The trip to the cheese tasting and clog making was not worth it. lasted a few minutes and then you were at a tourist trap full of souvenir shops for 3 hours. Would recommend not booking through viator and just going straight to the gardens to spend the day. This specific “tour” basically paid for transportation.

Confusing check-in process

The tour itself was as expected- guide was good, locations were enjoyable. BUT this review is to explain the check-in process, which is not clear at all. The email says meet at This is Holland, but it doesn’t say that the ticket you have from Viator still means you have to wait in line for them to give you a bus ticket and keukenhof tickets. There are also many many buses leaving and no clear choice which one you’re supposed to be on. We got there 45 minutes before the tour before most other people so we found a worker to ask, but other people that came later and saw huge lines for something they thought they already had tickets for were very confused.

Fun day at Keukenhoff and Zaanse Schans

Our guide Rick was a very knowledgeable person and quiet fluent in both English and Spanish languages. He explained everything with a touch of humour and in a very pleasant way which engaged everyone's attention and also made them understand every small little detail about everything which he told us. He explained in great detail about the Keukenhoff Gardens and it's various species of flowers, the glorious Dutch History, the traditional cheese making process, the wooden shoe making demonstrations, the history of the Windmills in the village of Zaanse Schans. He is a very fun person and we had a great time on the whole tour. Highly recommended for everyone who would like to visit Keukenhoff and Zaanse Schans and also have a great time.

Amazing Tour of the Gardens

Great visit to Keukendof Gardens, the tulips, orchids and the variation of flowers were all worth the trip. It was absolutely beautiful. As for the Zaanse Schans Windmill Village, it was okay but I would skip it in favor of something else.
