Blarney Castle and grounds were beatuiful. Mike, our guide with Paddywagon tours was entertaining and talked to us a lot. He was humorous and interesting throughout.

Great tour company

Paddy-wagon was the best. I would have giving 5 out of 5 but they changed kissing the stone, line was way too long, and they now charge you for the certificate after. Could have used at least 1 if not 2 more hours there.

We booked Paddy Wagon independent of our ship offering. Bus was easy to find, driver/guide was super informative and entertaining. Really recommend this group. (We used it in Dublin too and were just as satisfied.)

Funniest tour guide ever!

Great tour, comfortable, funny tour guide who also actually sang Irish songs along the way (and quite good!!). Nice experience with paddywagon, we were the first to arrive at Blarney Castle, avoiding the long lines which formed after our arrival. Would recommend. Back in Port with an hour to spare, felt relaxed about making it back to the ship throughout the excursion.

Cork Tour Kinsale and Blarney Castle

Nice tour of Irish countryside and Blarney Castle. The tour allows three hours at Blarney which seems like a lot but if you are wanting to kiss the stone be prepared to wait in line for 1+ hours. which won't leave much time to see the gardens and mansion. The tour was nice with stops at a few locations.

Loved Gabriel our driver, lots of stories about the history of Ireland and he has a wonderful singing voice as he graced us with 2 beautiful ballads. The castle was great and the stop for lunch in Kinsale was a nice treat

Great Tour and Guide

Gabriel, our tour guide/bus driver was fantastic. He sang, told stories, and provided excellent information. He took us to Blarney Castle first so we didn't have to wait in line. We went up the stairs in the castle without waiting. The drive and information provided through Cobh and Cork was interesting and Gabriel provided a lot of information. Unfortunately, because of a change in the cruise line schedule we unable to go to Kinsale.

Hey there, Thank you for taking the time to review our CORK SHORE EXCURSION. We're delighted to hear you had a 5-star experience! We'll be sure to pass your kind comments to your guide, Gabriel. You were very lucky to make it to Blarney Castle with no queues to kiss the most famous stone in THE WORLD! Hopefully, we'll see you on another Paddywagon tour in the future! PW Team

Great Guide and driver. Shorted on tour

Would have given this a rating of five were it not that a good portion of our tour was canceled. We never had the chance to go or see any part of Kinsale. While I know that these things are beyond the control (Viator) nonetheless we did not get what we paid for! Had I booked a tour with or through the ship and that happened they would have refunded part or all of our money. As mentioned in the subject the driver that we had on this particular bus and acting as a tour guide was terrific

Hey guys, Thank you for your review of our CORK SHORE EXCURSION. We're delighted to hear you had a great experience with our guide visiting Blarney Castle & Gardens and Cork City. Unfortunately, due to the ship leaving Cobh port at 3:00 pm, we could not visit Kinsale as we needed to have you guys back to the ship on time. This is a very rare occurrence as liners usually dock until evening which gives us ample time to visit all areas. Hopefully, we'll see you again in the future! PW Team

Blarney castle and gardens were interesting, beautiful and rich with history. Our tour guide Gabriel was the best tour guide that we have ever had. He was passionate about his roots and history, he was funny and engaging. He even sang us some Gaelic songs about the Irish history. It was fabulous!

Great Day Tour

We had a truly enjoyable trip to Blarney Castle. What we loved was the fact that we got there early, before the lines formed, so we were able to kiss the Blarney Stone and still have plenty of time to tour the castle grounds, which are the best part of the visit. Later tours were trapped in long lines to kiss the stone and they would have had little time to see the beautiful gardens and grounds.
