This tour was great! We separated into smaller groups so we could get to know eachother better, and we had an amazingly informative, fun guide, Federica. I learned so much about the Medicis, the history of Florence, and the artwork inside the corridor. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would recommend

This tour was very interesting and after many visits to Florence we finally found the time to do it. It was worth the effort. However, we thought the guide could have given us more information on the history and less on the art. We were shown where a new window was added in 1938 and told you couldn't do this now but in 1938 anything went. My understanding is the window was added so Adolf Hitler would have a view over the river.

We really enjoyed this trip. The tour guide met us in the Piazza della Signoria and gave us information about the Piazza and its statues, the Palazzo Vecchio in addition to the history of the Medici family. We went straight into the Uffizi without queuing and the tour guide continued to explain about the art we saw right up until we got to the Vasari Corridor. We were then passed on to another guide who took us through the corridor to the Boboli Gardens explaining about the corridor and the art we saw along the way. The art is mostly self portraits. We saw the other sights in Florence using a Firenze Card but are really glad we booked this trip and would recommend it to anyone except those who despite being told not to, stand too close to the walls and bump into the priceless paintings which one guy did on our trip!

It was amazing to see this corridor and paintings, however what would have made the tour even more memorable was more info about the Medici family.

First guide was almost rude not allowing any question and very hard to understand given his poor English and soft mumbling. Second guide who actually went with us into the Corridor was much better but this actually was the smaller part of the whole tour.

Great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and having a small group of 7 was a bonus, so she tailored it to us on the spot. Would recommend this tour.

Brilliant. This was so informative and interesting. I feel so lucky to be one of the few that has the opportunity to visit the Vasari Corridor. Our guides were fantastic. Doing this tour has really helped me start to put together the pieces of the history of this truly wonderful city. I loved it and if you get a chance, do it! Definitely once in a lifetime experience.

This tour was great, two different guides, both very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Walking the corridor was a privilege that won't be available much longer - the corridor will be open to the public later this year, without artworks. Obviously it will be more accessible and cheaper then, but to see it now in a small group was great.

My husband and I had a great experience during our Vasari Corridor tour! We were the youngest in the group as normal but the tour guides made all ages feel included and interested. The artwork in the passage is amazing not to mention the stories behind the building of the corridor. If you're in Florence, don't miss the chance to walk where few get to walk.
