Based on the hotel-rating system in Vietnam, the hotels we typically utilize are 3-star, standard. However, we understand that during this trip there was a hotel in Hue that was undergoing renovations on their elevator. Due to the noise level, all guests were upgraded to a nearby 4-star hotel for the inconvenience. Additionally, all the vehicles in our fleet have standard-sized seats and we take care to select the most convenient and comfortable vehicle for the group size on each particular tour. We selected a Fort Transit Minivan for your tour experience, and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
