Okay introduction to the city...our guide didn't speak English very well, and spent a lot of time on his phone or having a cigarette. Seeing the major points of the city in one day was nice, but the mausoleum wasn't open as planned, and we spent a lot of time at a silk store killing time. The presidential palace, and pagoda visits were nice and worth it though!

I went on this tour on a weekend day and although it was a good idea... the tour didn't exactly go to plan. There were a lot out outside opinions that ended up changing the course of the tour. I didn't get to go in the mausoleum because the line was so long and then I wasted two hours waiting for the people that wanted to wait in the mausoleum line. Then people started leaving the tours in the middle and end of it. I offered an idea to go to the Hoa Lo Prison to make up for all the extra time and instead I was talked out of it and dropped off two hours earlier than when the tour was suppose to end because all the other people on the tour had given up. I would definitely come back to Vietnam but I would probably never use this tour company again. But if you want to go to some nice places with a convenient ride this is the tour for you.
