The worst near death experience. DO NOT BOOK

Our driver was 50 minutes late at start of day and we ended up in rush hour traffic. A 1.30hour trip to Padang Bai took well over two hours. Driver was very friendly and told us company forgot about us, and that he was called to pick us up last minute. Upon arrival to island the tour guide Kevin was friendly and attentive. We went to check in for snorkel where we were told we had to pick between seeing turtles or underwater statue. This was incredibly disappointing as we were sold both. I said how this was unacceptable (I assume it is because we arrived an hour late) and they agreed to do both after a minor argument. We were then rushed out on to the jetty to get on speedboat. This is where the trip became a life threatening experience. The staff didn’t help us and there was no safety precautions taken while getting on a floating jetty which moves with the waves. There were six to eight jettys held together by rope and the occasional metal bar to hold on to on way out. When we got to the sixth jetty a large wave came, and there was some screaming and my sister was told to jump to next jetty, where she then fell face first in to the water. The metal hand bar was on the jetty and not upright, and she tripped on this and went under. The two linked jetty’s then closed over and my sister got trapped underwater, unable to breath or come up for air. I panicked and jumped in after her to find her and another wave came and I had to get out quickly. After 10 seconds I found my sister and dragged her to the side, her head was gushing with blood from three and her face gushing blood. My mother was screaming and fell to floor of a jetty along with my other 2 sisters who froze in the panic. I threw my sister on a jetty and got her to shore. The staff told us they had no idea what do to. We got medical attention and an American women proceeded to blame the government and explain that the tour company was not responsible. you are not given any help to get to speedboat. You carry your own snorkel and flippers so your hands are not free to hold on to anything. NO lifejacket. We did not do any of other activities on trip and my family were inconsolable, as my sister said she couldn’t breath for 10 seconds underwater. Fast boat home was at 3pm. Didn’t get on boat to 4.30pm and not a fast boat as paid for. Took 3.25 hours then we told another 3.5 hours to go to hotel as we the last off boat. Our taxi man from morning came and we got home in 1.2hr. Horrific tour.
