Confusion and frustration with the organisation of the trip

Although booked for 15 May, got confirmation for both 14th and 15th May! this went on to the day we were due to see the crypt. When got to the meeting point, the road was blocked and the office closed. Took phone calls, lots of walking and irrate discussions to eventually have a car picking us up and driving us to the crypt. Not happy with the organisation but happy with seeing the crypt itself. Is the problem with bad organisation resting on the locals or Viator, I dont know
