I have to say one of the best tour me and spouse have ever been on. I want to thank Jeancarlo for tge experience. Truly a wonderful, knowledgeable man. Out 1 through 10 I would give him a 11!!! Awesome tour must do it again soon. Thank you JeanCarlo for the awesome experience.
First of all, we had a great tour guide - JeanCarlos JC. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The countryside and tequila ranch was interesting to see. We had lunch in the El Quelite Village. It is very charming but not much shopping. The lunch at the restaurant was very good. Place was clean and staff friendly. Basically, a very enjoyable, low-key day spent outside of Mazatlan.
A very experienced and accredited guide, with only the 2 of us in the Van. Lunch and a brief walking tour of El Quelite small town were wonderful. We also learned a great deal about earlier and modern tequile production.
terrific guide. raul, i think. we also went to see horses dance. i think i was part of a private tour, that is why. the road to la noria was blocked, but we got the idea. the main point of the trip is el quelite. charming. i did not eat at the restaurant, but the other four said it was good. the tequila distillery was interesting. great day.
Our tour could not have been better! It was informative and so much fun. Our tour guide, Jeancarlo was knowledgeable and engaging. He is experienced and knowledgeable of the history and culture of Mexico and in particular Mazatlan and neighboring towns. We had been told that the restaurant, El Meson de los Laureanos in El Quelite was beautiful and offered authentic traditional dishes. Imagine our surprise when we were taken to this restaurant for lunch, which we included in our tour. Jeancarlo handed us the menu and told us to select our favorite dish. The food was truly wonderful which included freshly made tortillas and a variety of salsas. When we return to Mazatlan we will take additional tours and will ask for Jeancarlo as our guide. He made our visit to El Quelite and the Osuna destillery most enjoyable.
