I realise that this was a group tour, but taking almost 3 hours to make it from our hotel pick-up to Frida Kahala’s house was unacceptable. Along the way, we got to visit the “artisanal” silver shop that “the ladies love” which wasn’t on the itinerary. On another “pre-stop,” I felt like I was in a bad movie when the guide said, “This is my friend dressed as Frida Kahalo. She sells postcards. Would you like to buy any postcards?” The best part was being lied to - the guide told us that Kahalo didn’t open until 11a (did the guide think that we couldn’t google that fact?). The tickets for the Kahalo tour were not purchased until we arrived (tacky!). After Kahalo, we took an Uber back to our hotel.

Dear customer, We apreciate your time in writing us. Your comments are very important for our continous improvement program. I would like to point out the following statements in our behalf: - Our service say very clear that is not a private tour, however you were irritated in the van because we need it to pick up other travelers. - From the first pick up to the time we arrive in the museum is about one hour and forty five minutes only and is mostly because of the traffic. - The woman dressed as Frida is part of the folklore in Mexico. Cannot be avoided. - We do not buy the tickets in the entrance, we get only the entrance tickets because we pre-paid them in advance. And we also have to tell you that the musem open at 10:00 am, not at 9:00 as you said, but in order to give the prefered "skip-the-line" service, we can get first after 11, this is highly appreciated by our customers that do not want to stay 1 hour waiting in line to get in. All our customers go directly inside immidiately. We thank you again for your comments, Best Regards, Kim Alva General Manager Interliv Travel
