I loved our tour guide throughout, Courtney was extremely thorough with the service she provided making it feel less like a group tour and more like a small group of friends going on a little road trip making it way more comfortable and enjoyable! We were picked up on time from our hotel which was wonderful, our tour guide was very friendly and social. Even though the individual wine tasting fees are not included in the sticker price, I really felt like we got our moneys worth, you don’t have to partake in every tasting but on the phone before the trip they said it was going to be $20-$25 fee and then we were told on the bus $25-$30. We didn’t have reservations anywhere after the tour because we were still getting to know the area, when that conversation came up, I think that would’ve been a great opportunity to make suggestions for restaurants in the Napa area. I absolutely loved this trip, I look forward to going again, the service and experience was 100% worth it.

We had a group of 8 people with Linda as our guide. She was super knowledgeable and fun and told us a lot of Napa‘s history. Our first visit was packed with amazing wine and a production tour, the vineyard was a little too muddy to tour this time of year, but if you come back closer to summer you should be able to tour. Every tour is a little different because your guide chooses your wineries for that day. Customer service was also great, they’re friendly on phone and very helpful!

Kyle, our guide, was fantastic! He shared lots of information and selected three very nice wineries to visit. I think my favorite was the last but they were all wonderful and each winery provided new and interesting information.

Guide was very informative and knowledgeable of the area. Would have been nice to have the option of purchasing the tasting or not, but they were inexpensive enough that it wasn’t a big deal either way. Very little pressure to buy wine so that was nice.

Our tour guide, Rob, was great! The group was made up of 7 people which was the perfect group size and we all got to know each other. The three wineries we visited all offered something different, the first in particular (Varozza) was exceptional. The day worked seamlessly and would definitely recommend.

Loved the tour guide, Tony. The wineries we visited were awesome; the only disappointment was how RUDE the wine maker at the second winery was. He really fussed at one of the ladies on the tour. Believe me, she was VERY outspoken, but I think he was unnecessarily angry. I would not recommend the Auburn James winery again (because of him, not the wine)!

Madrigal was informative and beautiful. Every wine was fantastic! Tasting fees should be included. There should be something ready - even if just a partnership - for shipping wines purchased. Was reminded to tip MULTIPLE times. Felt way too salesy and really took away from the experience

We absolutely loved Kelly. She was enthusiastic, funny, and so much fun!!! She really knows her stuff when it comes to anything about wine and vineyards AND PEOPLE! From the very moment we got in the van, Kelly was working to build rapport among all of us! And what a great job she did with this! It wasn't long before the whole group, including Kelly, were like best fiends! Kelly's stories were quite engaging and interactive and entertaining! She kept us laughing! She is like a teacher that is your best friend too. She made sure that we had the best time, yet we learned from and appreciated the whole experience and the people as well! Kelly kept us on course, yet she was so flexible and she improvised when she knew we needed it. She was so patient and laid back, even as the day went on and the group got a little rowdy and more spirited. Kelly, you’re the best! We recommend Kelly for the MOST AWESOME tour you will ever have!
