Your day trip starts at a location in central Paris, near the Louvre, where you'll board a tour bus for the roughly 4-hour drive across the Belgium border to Bruges.
When you arrive, you have about five hours of free time to explore the city independently. (Entrance fees, food, and drinks are at your own expense.) You won't want to miss the historic city center, a World Heritage Site known for its medieval architecture. Stop by Onze Lieve Vrouwekerk (the Church of Our Lady), the one of the city's most famous landmarks and home to Michelangelo's Madonna and Child. Then visit a museum to see Flemish artwork, taste regional specialties such as Belgian chocolate, or visit a Benedictine monastery. The Stadhuis (City Hall) and the Belfry of Bruges are two very popular attractions.
At the end of your time in Bruges, hop on your coach for the drive back to Paris, where your tour ends with drop-off at your day's starting point.
