Listen carefully to the guidance of your chef and pick up clever tips and tricks as you go about creating different dishes, ingredients and cooking styles. Each of the classes have been designed to offer something for all French cookery enthusiasts, although the longer 2-hour classes offer extra time to learn more complex recipes from your experienced chef.
The exact details, dishes and recipes change regularly and are provided on the day. Typical ingredients include duck or lamb, fish, asparagus or regional vegetables; whatever the ingredients, revel in the chance to experiment under expert guidance.

Please note: As this is an authentic French cooking school, the class is conducted mostly in French. The chefs will translate the necessary steps into English for non-French speakers.
