Traveler Tips

It is a must-do if it's your first time in Philly and doesn't know exactly where to go or visit.
I would recommend some tree trimming be done by the city to make the journey safer.
The convenience of hop on and off is helpful, just this particular guide just was lacking knowledge and staying focus.

Canceled due to weather
Ralph_B, Jan 2022
I bought tickets the day of we made it to stop one only to find out the day was canceled due to weather it was wet out but the other tour but a was running late have requested my money back but no answer yet 😡
I prepaid for this tour....
Peter_M, Jan 2022
I prepaid for this tour. I showed up to the visitor center in Philadelphia at 1:00 to use and the bus was locked. I asked about the tour and the visitor center told me it was cancelled. I was never contacted by your company to let me know that tour was canceled due to was cold - no snow, no rain; just cold. That's ridiculous - you should tell people that you cancel weather because it is 25 degrees out and that you don't notify them. Please refund me for this full tour for 5. This was a joke!

Great Overview
Philip_B, Jan 2022
Reading Market! Great view of Colonial American History. Deep Heritage. Stories were Interesting and helped gain the local flavor.
Was able to buy tickets...
Altonice_J, Jan 2022
Was able to buy tickets for a tour scheduled for January 2, 2022, only to get there and learn by a passerby that all tours were canceled due to a parade. Once I called, I was told that an email has to be sent and “hopefully” someone will get back with me about a refund. This should not be how business is run. First, they shouldn’t have a ticket for sale on a day that they will not be running. Second, I shouldn’t have to fight so hard and “hopefully” wait and see if someone responds to an email about my money for a service that I NEVER got.

The process to obtain our tickets was easy, The bus is kept very clean, friendly staff and the tour was very informative.
Great time with friends!
Cat_P, Nov 2021
Our tour guide (though I do not remember his name) was spectacular. Engaging, funny and quick witted. Though we missed part of the tour due to Ben Franklin Parkway being inaccessible, we loved the parts of the city we did see and our abbreviated tour was enjoyed by everyone in our group! An excellent job showing off our city to out of town guests!
Would recommend

The whole tour it was very informative the guides were funny and still got the point across my only regret was the marathon was being held so we missed some stops no one told us until we were seated
Bus never showed up. Walking impaired, BEWARE!
suzypeace27, Nov 2021
We were not told one bus stop was not being used, were sent to another one. I am on a walker so this was extremely difficult to accomplish. Then after another 45 min wait with no bus in sight, and a 10 degree drop in temperature, we called Uber and went home
