The tour guide was friendly and helpfull. We were not aware that the walking part of the tour was a hike up the mountainside through rough terraine. The views at the top were amazing but deffinately not for people who are unfit and have walking difficulties. We travelled in an enclosed jeep along the coastline and got to see about 8 beachrs out of the 18 that was advertised. It is very pretty on the west side of rio and should be discovered more.

Hi Helen, I feel sorry that you were the first one in months not getting to the top but I take this as a lesson and I appreciate your feedback anyway. Let me just remind you that this information about the trail is on the description of the tour. Besides, we had unusual communication issue. Even though, I insisted sending you some standardized instrutions by the platform and there I reafirmed that there were a 40 minutes trail till the top of the mountain. Anyway, I made avaliable some devices like sticks and offer me to guide by hand anyone with difficulties, like I did to Wesley and everything went fine. As for the beaches, we went through 12 and the other 6 are wild ones and only can be seen from the top of the mountain. Best wishes.

This was one of the best excursions we’ve ever been on. It was personalized, small group which makes it feel so special. Alvaro was amazing. Friendly, excited, knowledgeable. We absolutely had the best day. We will return to Brazil just to do more tours with Saffo Tours.
