Ben was an amazing, informative guide! Our group was small, myself and two others so the tour was intimate and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Ben made us all very comfortable and he was super professional and approachable. I'd 100% recommend this tour to anyone and everyone!
my friend and I were in soul and wanted to make the most of of our short time as well as learning different to what we could just google it . decided on victor after reading the reviews and went for a three hours tour . Ben was the best ever tour guide we have experienced , he was so helpful and while taking us to few places has thought us so much of their culture etc. that we could never have known of . i am a traveller and can highly recommend the viator. our experience with ben as a tour guide was absolutely exceptional.

I had a great time. The palace was the highlight of the tour. The guide pointed out lots of interesting information, and took me to the best angles to get wonderful photos. I would not have enjoyed these places as much if I'd gone by myself.
Ben is a very experienced and good guide. He showed us some great corners of Seoul. He understands very well to explain the Korean culture and history! The Gyeongbokgung Palace is only really interesting and fun through Bens explanations!
We can totally recommend this tour for everyone, who wants to understand and experince the Korean culture and history!
Ben Kim was my guide and I was the only person on the tour this day. I was a bit lost trying to find the Subway Exit 1 and he called my cell and came to me. We spent an enjoyable 3 hours walking around. He has a great historical knowledge and answered lots of my questions. We took a couple of short breaks on a lovely day. One of the best tours I've had in decades of travelling. Highly recommended. You won't get to read much in the museums and stuff, but this tour orients you so you can go back and do so with a big picture context.
What a lovely way to start my visit to Seoul. Just the right level of information and sharing of history for a novice to Korea. My guide was Ben and he shared a lovely perspective of the palace and the village. He was thoughtful, conversational, had a great command of the English language and I thoroughly enjoyed spending this part of the day with him. I asked him questions from history, geography, military, religion and economy and he was very happy to answer every question. Ask for Ben.
Great tour to find out about the history and architectural aspects of the Palace genre. The walk through Bukchon Hanok Village was fascinating. Ben was our guide and was interesting, charming and knowledgeable. He was aware of everyone's needs and did a fabulous job. A wonderful afternoon which I enjoyed enormously.
It was a very good experience particularly because our guide was so knowledgeable and helpful in every respect. Even though it was quite a demanding walk we paused off/on and we made it. Highly recommended.
This was a very good tour and I learn so much from the guide in such a short time. Be aware that it is a fairly fast paced walking tour with some inclines and so would not work well for anyone with mobility issues. My only complaint was that the description included a visit to the National Folk Museum but we did not go there. Still we covered an amazing number of sights in the time limit.
