The booking was very easy and we found the bus stop in Plaza de la Reina without any trouble. But the microphones did not always work and we got on the red bus and said we had paid for entrance into the Oceanographic we were given the said tickets and our bus tickets but were not told that that was not the bus to get to the Oceanographic on! So after sitting on it all the way round we discovered that we need to get on the blue bus. Lack of communication.

The tour was excellent and the best way to see Valencia was with the Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus. It was difficult to reach the tour departure point - Plaza de la Reina. It is 45 minutes away from the pier. We chose to take a taxi from the pier at about 10 euros a couple. The taxi dropped us off at Plaza de la Reina which is basically the center of town. We walked around there and found an outdoor café for refreshments before continuing on the 1.5 hour roundtrip on the bus. We visited Santa Cataline Church which was near the center of Valencia. We decided to get off the bus on the second time around at a stop near the hotels that were close to the pier. There were plenty of taxis there and the ride was much shorter and the cost about half as much.

What a horrible experience. Its an older bus with headphones and non of them work. The ones that do have very low volume and a STRONG accent. There is a lot of driving in bad parts of the city with zero value . WE HATED THIS TOUR.

Great mode of transport and tour in many lanuages, and to get the Aquarium tickets you must speak to the bus driver. In all its a great deal.

I was very disappointed with HopOn Hop Off. I was given to understand we could join tour near cruise terminal. In fact we searched for stop 7 for 10 minutes with no success only to find we should join At stop 9 which was 20 mins walk from exit to cruise terminal. My husband has walking difficulties so this was not easy. We found the stop eventually and waited almost 30 minutes. No bus arrived so we then got a taxi to Plaza de la Reina and caught the bus no problem. On receiving the timetable, which is not on your website, we found the first bus at stop 9 did not arrive till around 10.30. This info would have been useful to plan our day. The aquarium was good. This is the first time we have been disappointed with your service and hope it will be the last

It's a good option to visit and sight the main landmark of the city. The staff are very kind and always willing to help all your doubts and query. The Oceanografic Aquarium is worth to visit, is a good experience for all the family. 100 recommended.

Oceangraphic Aquarim is OK. The highly rated Dolphin show is flop wrt the dolphin shows of Sentosa Island in Singapore. The Hop On/Off bus trip is OK.
