While the value of sights may deserve a 2.5 rating, overall it deserves no more than 1. First of all, no pickup time was given. So we were ready by 9 AM. After several attempts to contact tour operator (Enrico Safaris and Tours), we were given 11:30 pickup, but we were picked up at 3 pm. The guide had a strong smell of sweat and it was difficult to stay in close quarters with him. One of the places he took (where tribal people make batik painting) was closed by the time he took us. We are very surprised that Viator does business with such a shady and unreliable tour agency (we had an awful experience with Enrico Safaris and Tours on a separate 6-day tour to Etosha, Swakopmund and Sossusvlei - separate review follows)
