There is no better way to experience Italy’s authentic regional cuisine than in a local kitchen. With this experience, learn to make traditional “chitarra” and “tagliatelle” pasta from Abruzzo with a true Italian “nonna” (grandmother) in her home. Your 83-year-old instructor will lead you through the preparation of both pastas and their sauces, and then you will sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
The e-bike experience in Civita called "Castello nel Cielo" is unique. Just outside Orvieto you pass through the ancient Badia and then up the plateau that from the ancient residence of Collevento through Canale and then Boccetta leads to Bagnoregio, accompanied only by the rustle of a breeze that here in all seasons keeps the air clear , clean and fresh. The images that can be set in these places of great beauty, where the views offer views of vineyards, olive groves, pastures and woods are a feast for the eyes. Country houses and cellars meet along the path where it is possible to buy the real typical local products. The arrival then to the lookout of Civita is indescribable, a glance that leaves you breathless. The visit to the village, set of famous films, is a continuous emotion, with its premises, artisan shops, perfumes, essences ...
Let's return to the Belvedere of the Farnese Terrace, from where the Rupe di Orvieto can be admired in all its majesty and elegance
It will be an unforgettable experience, in which we will meet 3 Orvieto wine excellences, where with similar grapes we will taste wines with different scents, aromas and scents. The skilful art of families who have produced excellent wines for generations, will be made available to us, thus being able to taste superb wines and local products, cheeses, salami and bruschetta, which together with the renowned Orvietano Extra Virgin Olive Oil, make this earth a unique place.
We will move with the E-Bikes that will allow you to move in a comfortable, easy and eco-sustainable way between the different wineries, thus also admiring landscapes, views, farmhouses and allowing us to photograph places of extraordinary beauty.
Exciting and unique experience, history, culture, art and food and wine in unique and unforgettable places.
The tour is unique because with the comfortable e-bikes we cross the centuries during which Orvieto has become the jewel we know: the Rocca di Albornoz, the visit to the Underground, the Piazza del Duomo with a stop at Cantina Foresi, the visit at the Piazza del Popolo with the beautiful Palazzo del Popolo, the alleys with the artisans 'shops that have handed down an ancient art for generations, the Piazza della Repubblica called Sant' Andrea with the church of the same name, the oldest in Orvieto, where the four different civilizations that are superimposed are clearly visible, the pause on the terrace that looks to the southwest on an extraordinary panorama, the medieval quarter and finally the ring of the ring at the base of the Rupe.
With e-bikes it is beautiful, ecological and fun, suitable for everyone, a form of "slow tourism" to live an experience to remember and tell.
With us you can immerse yourself in the ancient history of this land, from the Etruscan civilization to the Middle Ages until the Renaissance, visiting sites and places where you can breathe a mixture of legend and truth. Here, where people still love and preserve the ancient traditions, in the handicraft, in the cultivation of the products of the earth, it is possible to get excited simply listening to the silence of these villages and gazing at panoramas of rolling hills on which Torri, Castelli and Rocche stand out. In these places warriors and condottieri have written pages of history, cultures met and clashed, each time helping to enrich a civilization born 3,000 years ago. The foods in these places are the testimony of an enogastronomic variety in which the contaminations have brought to the excellences of which today we can enjoy
E.BikeTour "Along the Costa dei Trabocchi" is one of the most scenic and suggestive itineraries on the Abruzzo coast, ideal for "slow" cyclists. A relaxed, reflective ride, ready to catch one of the many surprises that the area offers along the way, a unique spectacle to enjoy the view of the sea and its waves crashing on the shore, ideal for those who want to enjoy the landscape in pristine nature. Along the route we cross the two major natural ecosystems of the Theatine coast: the Regional Reserves Lecceta di Torino di Sangro and Punta Aderci, the mouth of the Sangro river and the mouth of the Sinello and various sections of the abandoned railway track, are just some of the reasons which make this trip unforgettable.
The almost flat route with the help of pedal assisted bikes makes e.BikeTour Suitable for everyone. You will be able to have fun in complete safety on a specially designed route, accompanied by an expert guide.
