Apulian Cooking Experience is a format thought for foreign tourists who love Apulian cuisine: in one day they will learn all the secrets that will make them able to recreate an authentic Apulian meal from the beginning to the end for their friends. The class starts with a walk in our organic garden, where we will harvest tomatoes, zucchini and aubergines that we will use during the class. We will move in the kitchen , where we will mix a simple dough of flour and water to make our typical handmade pasta 'orecchiette'. Then it is time to stuff aubergines, after that 'tiella' (a casserole of potatoes, mussels and rice) and we will finally cook the orecchiette with the sauce recipe of your choice. Last but not least, we will make the dessert and then it is finally time to eat all the delicious food you will have made. Don't forget we are right in the middle of Primitivo wine region, therefore drinking wine is a big part of our cooking class.
