On this 2 day armchair adventure, your self-employed private guide will personalise his commentary on the history/culture/geography of Québec and within the allotted time/price, customise your itinerary to meet your wants/needs. You will follow the St-Lawrence River, through endless forest, to a whale watching mecca. A vessel, with indoor/outdoor seating, takes you past the towering cliffs of the Saguenay Fiord, to the confluence of the St. Lawrence & Saguenay Rivers, where the waters of the Great Lakes, the Saguenay basin and the Atlantic Ocean meet in an explosion of life. A guide comments on up to 12 species of sea mammals. You will spend the night in the quaint Auberge Manoir Bellevue, in Les Escoumins, go black bear watching on a first nation site, dine at Manicouagan Fisheries Restaurant and the next day go sea kayaking.On the way back you will do some shopping in the boutique haven of Baie St-Paul and tour the Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica.
