Waste of $200 for one person. Don't book.

Driver and guide picked me up at 9am and took me to a market. The car had air conditioning when they picked me up but he turned it off. I asked for it to be turned back on and they said it was broken. After a tour of the market where I was able to give more info on Ghana then the guide the driver asked if we were done. I said this was a full day tour. They said all the museums were closed now. I ended up googling and finding everything open. Demanding to be taken to see the tour. The guide said he didn't have to know anything because he was only being paid $20. The driver sped past things and had to turn around a couple times. It was so uncomfortable. They couldn't stop at the lighthouse oddly because they were told by Prince not too. I think they are not licensed. At noon they tried to drop me off at the hotel. I told them we were not done for a full day tour. By 2pm the driver called Prince and said he was done. Prince called the guide and asked if he was done. I speak a bit of Ghanian and all the driver did was complain. The guide hit on me the whole time saying he broke up with his baby mama because he wants to marry a foreigner. I am almost 50 so hah disgusting. I found other guides for $100 for my co workers in Ghana that were better. This person should not be in business.

Hi we have studied your review and comes as a shock to us to hear this. It's quite unfortunate that this happened unlike us. You can see all the reviews we have on TripAdvisor and you can conclude that we are not like that. We really apologize for this since we provide some of the most excellent trips around. The particular tour guide and driver have been sacked even before your review. This is to help us maintain the good reputation we have. Sorry once again and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The BEST TOUR & GUIDE IN GHANA

Kelvin should receive a golden prize from the official of Ghana for his tours! Incredibly informative of the ancient and contemporary history along with a comfortable drive. There was a deep sense of love for Ghana and was not just taking us through the motions. For the Year of Return travelers from the diaspora, this is your #1 choice to spend a whole day in Accra. From the Nkrumah Memorial to Jamestown it is worth every cent, and then some

What a fantastic day we had! Our tour-guide, Prince, and driver, Alex, were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Best thing about the day was the flexibility. After seeing the WEB Museum and walking through the Makola market, Prince asked us if we wanted to continue with the car or get out and do some walking. We walked from the Lighthouse in Jamestown to the Memorial for Kwame Nkrumah, and visited another tourist market. Prince was careful to check with us before walking into tourist traps. We went to a small shop making traditional drums and practiced a bit with the locals, knowing that even if we didn't want to take anything home with us, a small tip was in order. All the way through he told us so many interesting things about Ghana, the culture and the people, and even personal stories about his own wedding. He told us to listen for shouts of Oburoni as we were in the markets, telling us that the merchants were trying to get our attention. All these small things made the tour into a personal experience we will always remember!
