Escape from the city of Bangkok for a 1-day tour to Kanchanaburi, a province known for it's rich history and connection with World War II! Learn about how World War II has impacted the otherwise idyllic province. Starting with lunch, you will then get to see the infamous Death Railway, and the scenic views of River Kwai as you take a train ride over it. From there we will also visit the ruins of an ancient Khmer town, with portions of the wall and temples standing to this day. Then, check out an unassuming Thai road, which has more history to it then what it first seems, and finally, step foot on the Bridge over River Kwai, made famous by the novel and film-adaption.
