Explore the highlights of Barbados during this full-day tour with a local guide. Stop to see the bearded fig trees that gave the island its original name in Portuguese, then visit Harrison's Cave, the spectacular Bathsheba Beach, Cherry Tree Hill and St Nicholas Abbey. Enjoy a lunch of local cuisine and see the island's Green Monkey in the Barbados Wildlife Reserve. Round-trip transportation from area hotels is included.
This was a great tour! The attractions were interesting and full of local history. Our group was small (6 people including my husband and me). Our driver Lisa, was personable, knowledgeable , and funny! When we travel we love to explore the area and find out about its history and the local culture and customs. We got all of that and then some! You won't regret going on this tour!
This was a well managed tour. Our guide, who I think was Narwin, was very good. The cave was very different than any other cave. It was a very wet cave with 3 waterfalls. Bathsheba Beach and the rum distillery were very interesting. And the lunch provided was good. Highly recommend it.
Very good varied tour with good lunch.Driver very knowledgable. In order to keep to his schedule you felt rushed on occasions.Places of interest were good apart from Wildlife Park which personally, I found of poor standard.
I had an amazing time. It rained all day but our guide Rayan Turney makes it so special. and take us everywhere. He had excellent knowledge of island. He even gave us a drive up the West Coast. It was a well organised trip. Special thank you to Rayan for being a wonderful guide.
It started out a little rough in that we weren't picked up but that was quickly corrected and we had an absolutely wonderful excursion! Our tour guide, Jono, was excellent! Highly recommend him! He told us all about Barbados and the places we visited! Thank you Jono!!
If you want to see the main attractions of Barbados in a day then this tour is perfect and reasonable value. I always feel confident booking through Viator and they have never let me down. I didn't feel the driver was that informative whilst driving us around but he was friendly and willing to answer questions. Harrisons Caves is interesting but nothing special compared with others I have visited. Bathsheba is a great photo opportunity. St Nicholas Abbey was lovely and I would have liked to have had a little more time there. Lunch was acceptable but not great. The Wildlife Reserve was a huge disappointment as it is very run down compared to my previous visits and there are very few animals.
