We are glad that the tour was good and we are already checking how to keep improving our tour so it becomes an engaging and unforgettable experience. Regarding the tips, it is true that some platforms charge in advance the “tip” you’re supposed to give to the tour guide, and some others don’t. In any case we just follow the platform guidelines to promote our tours. However, we will check the way our guides are explaining tipping to tourists so there are no misunderstandings and no uncomfortable experiences. We will refund the tip paid on Viator because nobody has to pay twice. Once again we truly apologize for the inconvenience and thanks again for booking with us.
