Bogota Airport Pick-up (transfer service)

Wow! Really great transfer from the airport to my hotel. This is a really great company to work with. They are very quick to respond to messages and also super kind!! Highly recommended!!!

Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. He took our luggage to the vehicle and drove quickly and skillfully through the city traffic to our hotel.

The private arrival transfer makes life easier. Take it.

This service could not have been better! Our private driver, Andres Calcedo, from IMPULSE Travel, was professional, courteous, communicated well in English, and was an excellent driver. He was there to meet us as we came from baggage claim, and communicated in Spanish with the airline employee who was pushing my wife's wheelchair, so that we were accompanied all the way to his vehicle. It was a very nice, comfortable vehicle, with air conditioning and plenty of room for our luggage. Andres knew the way to our hotel and told us about Bogota and the are where we were staying during the approx. 30 minute drive. At the hotel, he communicated with the hotel staff to bring a wheelchair for my wife, who had a foot injury preventing her from putting pressure on one foot. Our transition from the airport to hotel was seamless, thanks to Andres and the service he provided. We had pre paid online - just under $ 30 US - which we feel was an excellent value.

My transfer was not present at the time of arrival. I waited for an hour, tried to contact the local provider. Ended up taking a taxi.

Didn't show up on time about 30-45 minutes late. Did not proactively reach out to us when they knew they were going to late. Did not have a name card. But, the guy was nice and apologized.

My lift never showed up, waited for 1 hour after the arranged time and I had to sort a lift to the hotel myself.

Our driver was outside the terminal waiting on us, he loaded our bags into the vehicle and got us safely to our hotel. We chatted with our driver until we arrived at the hotel, this guy was really nice and extremely friendly.

I found the cost to be too expensive for two people. Paying 60 USA dollars for two people was outrageous. I won't book through Viator again. However, the driver was polite, the car was clean. The service was okay, nothing specisl, for an airport transfer, but the cost was extreme.
