This tour was an easy and efficient way to see both of these cities. The guide was quite knowledgeable though we felt that the tour needs to be changed as you do not eat lunch until 2 pm. Also, the guide forces everyone to eat at one location where the service was REALLY bad! The food was good though they more or less throw the food at you. The guide also needs to give some time for restroom breaks. She gives none which is a problem when she had several children under 10 in her tour.
We enjoyed the trip; the guide was ok, she told us a lot of useful information about the places we visited. Though, I would have liked it to have visited all the tourist attractions from the inside too, not just the exterior.
Also, even if on the page was stated that the tour is in English, the guide spoke in French too; sometimes, detailed information about a specific place / thing was provided only in French;
The Guide was very good and informative. The sitting arrangement in the bus should be more organized. It should not be that those in the front of the line to get in the bus occupy the best seats and hold on to them for the entire trip. Either introduce a reservation on booking or introduce a rotation with each stopover.
It was a fun fully packed schedule and we got to experience the two towns in all it’s historical glory. The guide, Stephan, was extremely passionate and knowledgeable. However, as the tour was conducted in 3 languages, we felt bad for the tour guide who had to explain everything 3 times. Hope is being paid really wel!
