Begin your cooking class with a lesson on pisco sours, the national drink of Peru. You'll learn to make this famous Peruvian national drink and taste it as well. Afterwards, your culinary experience would begin. Depending on your choice of lunch or dinner, we would prepared some traditional Peruvian dishes, with a modern twist, always guided by our Peruvian chef. To put the cherry on top of the cake, the last step of the class will be a typical Peruvian dessert, where we'll taste some of Peru's most exotic fruits.
