We do our part in a small way, with a step in the right direction. This is why we have decided to keep our group sizes small. With just 10 people per group, our guides can provide personalized tours, leaving you with a better understanding. In a small group you will learn more and get the most out of your experience. Our small groups also respect the sites visited by keeping numbers down in overcrowded galleries and sites. And lastly, we want to actively contribute to the preservation of the art and sites in a real way. And we include you in our mission. A part of the proceeds from your payment of our services will be donated to organizations that are dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the works of art and sites visited on our tours.
I CANNOT recommend this tour enough! The layout of the day is perfect, hitting both museums with a Gelato stop and tour of Florence. The provider and the guides were fantastic and really made our experience great.
Although the meeting point was in an area that was very crowded, close to the Academia, Florence Specialists had people looking out for tour members and guided us to the right location. Our guide, Lori, is an expert in Michelangelo and is an enthusiastic and entertaining tour guide. We had seen The David before but Lori's tour made the experience much more enjoyable and meaningful. Lori also did an amazing job at the Uffizi given the limited time we had there. We would highly recommend this tour while you are in Florence!
Excellent tour guide ( Silvia) who took us on a journey through the Renaissance period with her huge knowledge of the art and sculptures in the Academia and Uffitzi museums. Although it was crowded we had a small group and she made it fun and really interesting for us. We have a much better understanding of the period now. The break in the middle for the delicious ice cream was much appreciated too!
Enjoyable and informative tour. Major highlight was getting to see the David by Michelangelo. The morning tour guide took us to some additional sites on our way to the Uffizi museum however she overran the time making us late for the afternoon tour. The afternoon tour was very informative but very much the same - all geared towards the history of many of the artists of ancient Florence. The free gelato stop was much appreciated. The afternoon tour guide, Letty, obviously had a passion for art and presented well, even giving us a souvenir fridge magnet at the end. The morning guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiatic. She took us to a few extra sites on our way to the uffizi to give us a bigger history of the cathedral, baptistery and extra church within Florence. While this made us 10 minutes late for the afternoon tour, it was very interesting however a few of the couples with us had to leave early due to the delay.
This tour was a perfect introduction to the most important sights in Florence, all in one 4 hour tour! Leticia was fabulous!! Loved the small group (we had only 7). Learned so much and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend this tour.
