The car wasn't there when we arrived. We had to call to get the office to check and they finally sent a car which arrived in about 15 minutes. Driver didn't really know where we were going even though we gave them the address when we made the booking.
Too much trouble for the money paid.

The car did not arrive. We waited for 15 minutes but nobody arrived! We took a taxi instead. Next time just take a taxi. It is cheaper and many are available even during midnight.
