We enjoyed our tour in the park. Our guide Mauricio was very knowledgeable and friendly. The park was crowded but we did not have to deal with a lot of chaos.

Arenal Canopy and Horseback Riding Adventure | Mar 2020
Everything was beautiful and well organized! The team worked efficiently and did a great job in making even inexperienced zip liners like me comfortable. Greatly enjoyed the whole experience. Marvin and Harvin were also great horse back riding guides.

Arenal Canopy and Horseback Riding Adventure | Feb 2020
It was a good all in one experience! The instructors for the zip lining were incredibly friendly, and the instructor for the horseback riding was very kind and helped us all get good pictures with the horses. The fruit was a welcome treat after zip lining. I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants to do both activities but has limited time/ money to do them independently.

Combination Tour with Hanging Bridges Waterfall Volcano Hike and Hot Springs | Dec 2019
Had a fantastic full day seeing the hanging bridges, La Fortuna waterfall and the Adrenal volcano hike. Our guides Diego, and Jason were fabulous. They shared their knowledge of plants, animals and obvious love of their country. They keenly found and pointed out birds, and other animals in the forests. We especially enjoyed our agri-tourism farm lunch while watching 15 species of birds including toucan feast on papaya. We were tired after the volcano hike but it was worth the effort. Would highly recommend Jacqamar Tours.

Hanging Bridges and La Fortuna Waterfall Nature Hike | Jul 2019
We’re so glad we chose this experience! It was well worth the cost. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The two excursions are in different locations and you can leave your bag in the secure bus. We saw a sloth, howling monkey, viper, blue jean frogs, cuadis, and various birds and bugs...it was awesome. They provide towels for the waterfall excursion. Lunch was fabulous too. This was a fantastic experience!!!

Sensoria Hiking and Hot Springs Tour from Guanacaste | May 2019
Excellent tour! Had a great day at Sensoria and a beautiful hike. Our guide Elvis was outstanding and very knowledgeable pointing out many different species in the forest area. We had the opportunity to even see a Viper. We were able to swim in the falls and hot springs and finished up the day in the lodge area with a fresh prepared lunch. Everyone at Sensoria were very welcoming from the moment you arrive. You will not find huge crowds to compete with at Sensoria the tour feels private and never rushed.

Arenal Canopy Adventure | May 2019
If you are like me, you are terrified of heights. I came soooo close to backing out but the guides were very professional and reassuring as well as adding some good wit. My 9YO loved it and ooooooooohhhhhh s still begging to go again, the Tarzan swing was a rush like no other (that one, I did chicken out on) but my son loved it. Defenetly reccomend

Combination Tour with Hanging Bridges Waterfall Volcano Hike and Hot Springs | Mar 2019
Enjoyed Hanging Bridges. Saw plenty of animals, including many that we would never have spotted without the knowledgeable guide. Lunch was very good. The volcano hike was a very short walk to a lookout point to see the side of a volcano. You are not allowed to hike on the volcano, so the description of the tour should be updated to indicate you view a volcano. I believe we were supposed to do the full trail, but the guide was walking very slowly and stopped often to talk. It seemed like she did not want to do the hike.

Hanging Bridges and La Fortuna Waterfall Nature Hike | Feb 2019
The tour was well organized and delivered. We loved being on the swinging bridges and seeing nature both up close and across the vistas! I loved the waterfall but found the 500 steps a challenge. Lunch was amazing at their site - great food, set in a garden with our group being the only one there. Wonderful!
