All Around Town Bus Tour

Includes the following loops:

Downtown Loop

See the world-famous Times Square, where bright lights and billboards set the scene for your one-of-a-kind adventure. Let our professional, well-versed tour guides take you on a journey through other well-known Manhattan neighborhoods, like Greenwich Village, SoHo, the Financial District, Chinatown and the Lower East Side. Sit back and relax as you enjoy double-decker views of famous sights like the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building, Rockefeller Center, Madison Square Garden, the Statue of Liberty and many more!

Uptown Loop

Stops include Harlem Market, Apollo Theater, Grant’s Tomb, Cathedral of St John the Diving, American Museum of Natural History, Lincoln Center, Fifth Avenue, Central Park, Museum Mile, Guggenheim and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Brooklyn Loop

See the Brooklyn Museum, Fulton Mall, Antique Furniture District, Brooklyn Museum of Art and the Botanic Garden. Brooklyn Tour departs from Old Fulton Street by Prospect Street in Brooklyn.

Night Tour

This tour is NOT a hop-on hop-off tour. You’ll see more than 20 illuminated city sights and neighborhoods, including Little Italy, Chinatown, SoHo, Greenwich Village, the Empire State Building, Times Square and Central Park. During the holiday season, the Night Tour is replaced with the Holiday Lights Tour, which focuses on Midtown to show you New York City’s legendary department store windows and other Christmas-themed decorations.

Hop-on Hop-off Cruise

You’ll stop in front of the Statue of Liberty, sail under the Brooklyn Bridge and have plenty of time to snap photos of the Empire State Building, One World Trade Center, the South Street Seaport, and the Manhattan skyline in all its glory. See NYC's stunning skyline from the water.

Grayline New York hop on hop off

We did 2 different loops of these tours. First one we couldn’t understand the thick accent of the the guide. English is our first language but the guide was lovely but was a foreigner, which is great in most situations but not in this one where we have paid to listen to him speak but....it was money down the drain. The second loop the we could understand the guide and he was very informative but as we are from Australia and unsure of how to get back to our hotel we asked the guide for instructions on how to get back to the Subway. His instructions were very vague so my 16 year old asked for clarification and the guide barked at him “I already told you”. Never again.!!

Our tour guide was funny and great. The only problem was not getting dropped off where we got picked up.

The bus was great, safe, driver was very careful compared to other drivers. The tour speaker, was very knowledgeable but you could hardly understand him at times.

Poor Evening

There was a half hour delay before being ferried to another bus in the rain to commence. Not good. No communication. When guide spoke the context was very limited and repetitive. Perhaps a bad night for bus, crew and guests.

Waiting time cut heavily into our days, commentaries generally poor and some pre-recorded. London ones much better and more professional overall. River cruise was good.

The cost don’t match the service provided waste of money but if it’s your first visit one day pass is enough to go around see and know where you want to go and sight see. which is a expensive sight see lol if you ask me, but I would recommend the subway to maximize your time cause traffic is horrible and time consuming. Plan ahead and maximize your experience here in New York

This is one of the best ways to be introduced to NY- Uptown, Downtown and into Brooklyn, during the day and evening. It also allows you to think about where you want to go next, or re-visit. Don't miss it !

We have taken the 24 hour pass including Brooklyn, liberty cruise and night tour. The first phase, the downtown loop, was fine, it suffered a bit from manhattan traffic but not holding the tour against it. We got down at battery part to get on the hop on hop off cruise as advised. This was disappointing because, we had to walk about 25 mins to the cruise terminal, only to board a super crowded ferry. We got off at the mid town pier and decided to take a break before the night. The night tour was pleasant covering most parts of downtown tour and the Brooklyn loop. This one had a live tour guide as opposed to the recorded bits in the morning. The guide got weirdly political, not something your expect out of a promised fun tour. Overall it was a trying too hard to be average.

Went to their NYC office to exchange my night Hop on Hop off tour from a night one to a day one. Unfortunately no one there was friendly enough to help. I end up not using the ticket and with a loss of $59 on my part. Gray line tours would not be in sight in the future.
