Nice Ride

Boat trip and staff were very nice. Lacked some direction when time to get into the water - think because some of the guests heard the instructions and others did not since the radio speaker was not used. Not a place with lots of colored fish - just turtles - this was a bit disappointing, but not unexpected as the description focused more on the turtles than seeing lots of fish. A different "coral" area would have been better but we were limited with dates and weight of one who wanted to be on the boat. Overall, nice ride. 4 star. Would recommend if it's turtles a friend wants to see

Good experience but please pay your staff

The tour was fun, they provided snorkeling equipment, explained what we need to do. One thing that made me a bit uneasy is that the employees on the tour don’t get paid, they said they rely solely on tips, this should be illegal, the staff is what makes this experience happen. Please please pay your staff an adequate wage, it is not a cheap tour, you should be able to afford to pay them.

This was my favorite snorkeling experience! My daughter and I saw turtles, fish and dolphins. Turtles are now a favorite. The boat and equipment is clean and well maintained. I can't say enough about the staff from the nice lady who answered the phone because we were running late. She held the boat for us. She realized from my ID it was my birthday! The captain "Johnny",along with the driver Jeff and the other girl with the cute dog ( sorry, I forgot her name) was very knowledge and made us very comfortable with all her safety tips and teachings about the ocean and sealife! One more shout out to the woman at the desk when we were checking in realized that my daughter had pretty thick glasses and provided us with prescription goggles. She went above and beyond. My daughter would not have been able to see the Turtles and fish without them. We will always remember this trip. We will tell all our friends to look you up. Thank you, Jennifer and Kimmie Carson

Great snorkeling experience

Our boat team was awesome. Moose was the driver and did a great job. We had 3 ladies who helped us in the water the whole time. They made sure to show us turtles whenever they were around. Likewise, I felt a little sea sick and one gave me peppermint oil under to put under my nose and my symptoms resolved. I highly recommend this.

We saw so many sea turtles and fish during our trip. Captain Moose and crew were very friendly and great to be around. Holly lead our group out into the ocean and made the trip extremely memorable as she took my wife’s phone down to take a video of the sea life! 5 stars and I would recommend this snorkel adventure to anyon3!

Awesome time. Loved every minute of it. Johnny, Captain Moose, and Luna were the best hosts. Made sure everyone was safe and had a memorable experience. Loved seeing the turtles, fish and interacting with some sea life (red pencil urchin). Process was easy. This was a great experience for first time snorkelers. Would definitely do it again. Highly recommended!
