Francisco was very nice, energetic and helpful. Some people had problems with not receiving pictures they bought and Francisco make sure the customers were happy and solved their problem. However does doesn't speak English very clearly, mispronouncing words, there are a bunch of unmentioned stops and if you don't understand Spanish you will have little understanding of what's happening.
About unmentioned stops; first thing in the morning the bus will stop at a souvenir shop, then it will stop at some village which was pretty cool to see actually, but it would have been nice know ahead of time would have brought camera.
Speed boat was crammed, the squeezed 4 people per bench which looks like was meant for 3 people per bench.
Swimming pool was pretty awesome, the water was super clear, however don't expect to find anything interesting if you bring snorkeling goggles.
Beach at Soana Island was pretty bad, lot's of sharp rocks underwater, and water is not clear enough to see. Also found 2 different broken glass bottles at the beach. would advice to wear water sandals or swimming pool shoes.
The return trip by sail boat was alright, it felt a little crammed again but maybe it normal.
The tour started out as adults and when we left there were families with children added to the catamaran. Having to change from one boat to another when leaving was very dangerous.
At the island there was no entertainment, explanation of food, and the food was not that good.
The chaises provided for our group were plastic and cracked so when you sat in them you sat in a hole. There were padded chaises next to us and they were reserved.
The beach was covered with shells which made it dangerous walking. I would not recommend this tour.
