Not very exciting

Horse trek was mildest of walks like a little kid would have. There are better horseback riding experiences in the area.

A ride with a view
, Feb 2020
Well organised trek. Lloyd was very organised and we felt quite comfortable on the horses. I have had little experience on a horse, so it was great feeling confident with Lloyd leadership. Stunning scenery- time on the horses was sufficient and afternoon tea was a perfect way to finish and enjoy the scenery.
Great trail ride!

A joy to ride on a hundred year old steamship to Walter's Peak to meet the ladies that led us on the horseback ride through the hills and then back to the station for a refreshing tea/cookies/cake light meal.

We did horse trekking on this trip. As a person who was never been on a horse before, the whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Our guide was very patient. View of the mountains and the lakes was breathtaking.
