Be ready for pickup at your Rio hotel in Zona Sul around 8am; step aboard a comfortable tour vehicle and take off for the Marina da Gloria, where you will transfer to the cruise boat.
Departing around 9:30am, the cruise will make its way out into Guanabara Bay and past many important attractions. Get views of landmarks such as the three forts built to protect Rio, the Santos Dumont airport, and the Museum of Tomorrow before passing under the Rio-Niteroi Bridge. Bring your camera for panoramic views of Rio's cityscape, then circle past Niteroi on the other side of the bay. Drinks are available for purchase at the onboard bar, and seasonal tropical fruits are provided as a complimentary snack.
Back on land, head for lunch, where you will refuel with a traditional Brazilian churrascaria, composed of a variety of meat, sides, and vegetarian options. Following lunch, continue to the historic neighborhood of Santa Teresa to view the famous Selaron Steps, made by ceramic artist Jorge Selarón. Then continue via van up through Tijuca National Park to the visitor center, and up to the top of Corcovado Mountain to see the famous Christ the Redeemer Statue.
Ride the van down to the bottom of the mountain and make your way back to your hotel at the end of your tour.
