Super fun day learning 'the ropes' with guides Luis and Yariel. We felt very safe and secure with their comprehensive instructions and assistance. As we became more comfortable using the ziplines, they added extra challenges and strategies that helped us have even more fun. Would recommend this tour for anyone, it was a great experience.
I was the only one ziplining at the time . My guys were AWESOME ! I'm very adventurous but can be scared hence my activity . But they had me try other ways to have safe fun ,all while reassuring me I can do it . I Enjoyed every min . Thanks for a great first time experience!!
We had amazing time zip lining through canopy of the El Yunque forest. The guides were knowledgeable and funny! They took us on a tour of the forest and then for a ride of a life time! This a must do excursion!
I was on a Royal Caribbean cruise in January with a zipline excursion booked through the cruisline that was canceled when I was already on the cruise, 2 days before the actual excursion was planned. I was very anxious booking an excursion last minute, and I was at the mercy of the cruise ship's customer service as I had chosen no wifi or cell service. The customer service representative recommended JungleQui for my family's zipline excursion in Puerto Rico. I booked the excursion with Viator over the phone. I had the MOST AMAZING adventure with my husband and daughter, age 8 years!!! I was hesitant to book an excursion not directly through the cruise line.... BUT from this wonderful experience I will plan to do so in the future!!! JungleQui provided a comfortable van to pick up my family in the port of San Juan, Puerto Rico and bring us to a wonderful El Yunque National Forest adventure! Daniel and Yan were our zipline instructors and their lighthearted personalities and charm made the experience exciting while safe and informative. They were EXCEPTIONAL with my daughter and I appreciated how much they complimented my young adventurer on her skills and cooperation with technique. This zipline excusion was truly amazing, surrounded by beautiful scenery and SEVERAL ziplines!! I did not expect this many ziplines in one experience.. 11 ZIPLINES, so well worth the expense! Finally, I extend my gratitude to Melvin ( I apologize if I do not have your name remembered... you were SO HELPFUL!), the coordinator at JungleQui who communicated through email and phone calls once I arrived in Puerto Rico. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JungleQui and will book excursions through Viator again in the future.
This was an awesome experience for me. The instructors had a great sense of humor and made it easier to relax to those of us that were conquering their fears like me. Highly recommended I just wish the this site listed all the times because they actually do them till about 6pm.
The tour guides were so funny and everything was super safe. There were seven lines, some were kind of short, but you got to go upside down on two of them, which was fun! The repel was fun too! I definitely recommend this trip. The only thing I might add is that it's cheaper if you pay when you get there instead of online, but if you buy online you do get transportation included, so that was nice too. We didn't get to go to the natural pools though because of the weather, but that was out of our hands. Still! Do it! Won't regret it.
