Luxury Sushi Class and Special Access at Toyosu Fish Market

The Sushi Class is very well designed and Organized. Though we did not see the tuna auction, we did get a glimpse of the inter market and the bustling feel of it while following the guide outsourcing the ingredients for the class - different fish, wasabi, etc.. The chefs were very patient and demonstrated very well. Each of us had the individual hands-on moment in preparing the fish. The material was abundant for practice (of course to dine as well). The group size of 8 people was perfect for a pleasant learning and dining experience. I loved the soup appetizer/fish stew, it had a complex flavor with a delightful note of reserved Sakura. It was the Japanese cuisine in its best, sophistication disguised in simplicity. The guides were cordial, speak good English and very lovely. If you want an unique Japanese experience and a memory to last, I highly recommend this class. Nancy Wang

The Japanese guides are so well spoken and friendly. Brought us to get some insights to the fish market! The sushi mafia workshop was awesome! The sashimi served were all top quality! Of course, the chefs are professional and friendly too.

Loved this tour and workshop. Informative guide . Sorry I cant remember his name but as a local who lived very close to the markets he was brilliant. The sushi making session and the Saki tasting were brilliant. Do them.
