Our tour guide, Suzanne, did an outstanding job. She was very informative, very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Schönbrunn and Austria. Solicitous of our needs and answered all questions.
The historian guide was knowledgeable, pleasant and had us take our time to appreciate the palace. The only thing I would change is the price of the tour on viator, it is way too expensive ! Admission to the palace is 17 Euro and if you rent the audio guide it doesn't equate to the price paid on viator. Otherwise it was a beautiful Palace not to be missed.
Lena Sara is a fantastic guide. We enjoyed every minute of our time with her. We had a wonderful palace tour and learned a lot about the Hapsburgs and their connections with other European monarchs, countries and conflicts.
Lena is the best and most knowledgeable guide we have toured with--anywhere.

We had a great tour with our guide Orsolya who was very knowledgeable regarding the lineage of the Hapsburg ruling family. She is a Hungarian who has lived in Vienna for a long time and has studied music, so she could fill in the gaps in our understanding of Hungarian history we visited Budapest before arriving in Vienna. She gave us a vivid tour of the Schonbrunn Schloss and brought many stories about the royal family to life You can't go wrong with Orsolya! We highly recommend her!
Our small tour turned into a very private tour when my wife and I were the only folks to register. Our gain and everyone else's loss. Our tour guide Georg was amazing. Georg earned his PhD in Political Science and History at the University of Vienna. Absolutely no one could have delivered a better, more enjoyable tour for us. We have toured the Palace of Versailes and Winter Palace in St. Petersburg and Georg's knowledge of Schonbrunn made this our best tour of the three. Passion and knowlege of Viennese history and the Palace made this tour a wonderful experience. He was the first tour guide of the big 3 that brought to life the personalities of the emperors and empresses. We highly recommend this tour and suggest if you do that your request Georg to be your tour guide!
Wolfgang was an awesome tourguide! He was very knowlegable so he was able to give us an overview of the history of Austria since it was our first day. He explained how the monarchs has lived, how the palace came to be and other trivias about the royals.
I did this tour with Ilse as my guide. She was brilliant and knowledgeable. She's also great at sharing her knowledge in an interesting as well as informative way. The Palace is beautiful with a rich history that's definitely worth learning about. Schonbrunn was my favourite palace in Vienna.
