Harvard Museum of Natural History Tours

17 Reviews
This expansive collection of this popular museum located on the grounds of Harvard University comes from the school’s major research museums. Galleries and exhibition halls are filled with artifacts and specimens drawn from the herbaria, Museum of Comparative Zoology and the Harvard Mineralogical Museum.

Travelers will find fossils and dinosaurs natural history museums are known for, as well as glass models of plants and meteorite displays. New exhibitions typically showcase research being done at the university and an expansive hands-on educational program means families and travelers with small children will find plenty to keep little hands occupied and entertained on a visit here.
