The take-off point as for any hot air balloon flight is chosen based on the direction of the wind, with the aim of passing over or near Mondovì. Tradition has it that everyone tries to pass over or as close as possible to the Belvedere Civic Tower which overlooks the city and then descends and lands on one of the many grass fields that surround Mondovì.

Piedmont (Piemonte in Italian) means "foot of the mountains", the Langhe district offers enchanting views full of charm. The best way to tour the Barolo-producing region is on day trips. We’re a small team, we want you to discover the beauty of the Piemont. Piedmont is a region rich in history, well worth visiting at least once in a lifetime. These, overlapping, become an immediate visual tool to understand which elements contribute to harmonizing tastes. The historic Germano Angelo winery is an important piece of the history of Barolo. Teobaldo Germano was the founder and first president of the Barolo winery then dissolved in 1930 and purchased by Davide Germano to transform it into his own cellar. The tasting takes place in the now renovated rooms. The same Davide who founded the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo and Barbaresco in 1934. Nice is also a "core zone" of the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato territory, a UNESCO heritage site since 2015 and represents its most pristine and authentic part.
