Portland Steel Bridge

Immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of central Portland as a local would—by bike. On this bike tour, ride through Portland’s historic west side, exploring art galleries, food carts, iconic breweries and 19th-century architecture. Then head to Waterfront Park for great river views and bridge spotting.

It's all about the bike ride! We like to spend more time riding in small groups, but always stopping to smell the roses. Start in the inner Eastside neighborhoods, where we will safely fit you for a bike and helmet, ready for a sweet 9-11 mile ride through a pretty residential neighborhood, to our favorite rose garden, into an art-heavy industrial district, across the sexy Tilikum Bridge, and onto Portland's waterfront. From there, it's a visit to Old Town, and tell the story of Voodoo, before we head back over another bridge back to our shop! You'll visit a total of 5 of the city's quadrants, ride over two bridges, and along the Willamette River. We'll visit almost-secret beaches, read poetry written in sidewalks and rocks, see public art of every shape, color and texture. And have you tried some of the city's best doughnuts? Whether you want to relax after a long day of sightseeing or need to unwind at the end of your workweek, a sunset dinner cruise along the Willamette River is sure to do the trick. The journey offers spectacular views of the Portland skyline and city’s main landmarks. Listen to live music while you enjoy a freshly cooked Pacific Northwest meal.

Start your day off right with a 2-hour brunch cruise along the Willamette River. Board the boat in the late morning and soak in the scenery of northern Oregon as your boat glides away from Portland. When you’re ready, help yourself to a buffet brunch accompanied by sparkling wine or apple cider. You can walk around the deck or sit near the cabin windows to view the stunning landscape.

On this 3.5-hour tour, you'll get a broad overview of the Central City. We'll make stops at Pittock Mansion, the International Rose Test Gardens, and the Portland Aerial Tram. At Pittock Mansion, you'll get pictures of the best views of the city, and the five stratovolcanoes that are visible on a clear day. You'll meander through all of the major neighborhoods of inner Portland on both sides of the river while gaining views of 14 of Bridgetown's 22 notable bridges. Take the MAX to the Portland Zoo and we'll meet you in Washington Park with the perfect bicycle for cruising the streets of Portland and tasting some of the best beer it has to offer! This adventure starts with an easy and exciting downhill glide from the Zoo to Portland's fabled International Rose Garden, hearing stories of its origin along the way. From there, you'll cruise down to the heart of the Pearl for some brews at Breakside Brewery and a tasty bite. Next it's across the Steel Bridge for another of Portland's finest beer at Mt.Hood Brewing Co. Continuing, we'll pedal across the elegant and beautiful Tilikum Crossing to the western waterfront. Traveling along the water you’ll be visiting Tom McCall Waterfront Park, a favorite place for runners and bikers alike. Finally you’ll be taken to a surprise last Portland gem, for a view and a fond farewell.
