    • Our stewards in the bright orange shirts are there to inform and help you.
    • A fairly big step has to be made into the boat. Our stewards will assist you with this.
    • When rain is predicted, the boat will be covered.

    Fun cruise with some snippets of info on Amsterdam . Nice boat and some lovely wine and cheese . Will be back in summer to do again

    Overall I enjoyed the ride as to the way we were seated and not like other boats plus there was wine. The dock was hard to find because the boat wasn’t there yet and there is literally no signage of where to wait. There are other companies around so it’s confusing. If you want a more historical detail this is not the boat. We got some tidbits but they were busy chatting amongst themselves a serving wine. But I felt we passed stuff a there was no mention. I did learn something so that was a plus. Overall if you want to cruise drink and have fun then this is Definetly the right boat. I did have fun. Just expected more insight.

    A drinking boat ride more than an informative tour

    I was a little disappointed with the tour. The chairs in the boat are placed in a line parallel to the boat so you either look at other passengers or yoy have to twist yourself if you wish to look out through windows behind you. The other company boats have seats facing the front which seems like a better idea. I had expected a ‘Guided Tour’ but This tour is more about drinking than a canal tour with descriptions. Drinks are either purchased for $10 extra or with all inclusive ticket. If you don’t drink then this tour is not really of much value. The crew are friendly and funny but they share only a few facts about the canal. As we are effectively entertaining ourselves at the very least an easy view of both sides of the boat would be preferred. Instead you are staring at passengers in front of you or twisting to look outside. I think this boat ride and tour is better for a large party of 7-10 people who get to sit together in a group. For 2-3 people groups that want a factual tour of the canal, perhaps use other boats.

    Couldn’t see out the windows at back of boat because I’d damp and humidity build up. came with a cloth and told to clean the windows …almost crashed into bridge and captain made a joke about it amongst the collection of other jokes…was hugely disappointed

    Seeing the sights from the water was fun and the tour guides were fantastic but I was a little disappointed to be the only one by served wine and cheese. I was not aware this was an extra which I feel is not something that should not be extra as the price of the trip I feel is feast sufficient.

    Despite the terrible weather tour guides Max, Vincent and Kirk (captain) were all great fun and knowledgeable about the history of Amsterdam. The cheese supplied was decent. Would recommend but only when it’s not raining.

    This was a great canal cruise. It was cool to go down the canal in Amsterdam. The guides shared very interesting facts about Amsterdam. I enjoyed my time and would recommend this tour.

    Great boat trip along canal. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Offered cheese (which I can eat but looked delicious) and a drink of choice (red, white or rose wine. Beer or soft drink).
    Very disappointed as we paid for this cruise but didn’t get to go on it due to transport problems

    We booked this cruise three hours prior to it commencing however due to a train delay we arrived at the departure point after the cruise started so didn’t get a cruise. Viator policy is that we needed to cancel 24 hours prior to cruise to get a refund. Several messages have been sent to Viator but have had no response.
