Sailing in the doldrums

This catamaran cruise included 70 of our "closest friends." It was very un pleasant. My wife and I both fell on the boat ; deck shoes were not allowed. I'm surprised this was sold by Viator. Sue to weather, we never sailed. We were definitely in the doldrums!

This was our first time going on any kind of boat. This trip was absolutely amazing! The staff was very kind and fun! The music wand banging! The staff always made sure they put our safety first! Nothing would begin without us hearing instructions many times in English and Spanish! If the weather would have held up better it would have been an amazing trip back. Definitely will be doing this again but with my kids in toll!

It was very fun! Our driver was super nice and friendly and our tour guide was kind. We got to explore the island for 3 hours and the food we got was delicious. You don’t get a lot of drinks options with the open bar but the drinks they do give you are really good. They played music and everyone was dancing which made it a great time. Will do this again and I highly recommend!

The drinks were good. They come around giving you shots. It was rainy but we made the best of it. They also have a photographer for the influencers girlies 💗 the crew was really amazing! Make sure to bring tip for them I was surprised how many amount of people didn’t tip when we were very well taken care of!

Unless you want to be herded like cattle and manipulated into going to a store where you’re immediately approached to spend money take another trip. You start out at what they call snorkeling. About half the boat chose to sit it out. Tons of boats, really strong current. You’re told to hold onto a rope and it’s very rushed and stressful. You then go to the backside of the island and again are herded down a dock; down a busy street to a very hot and crowded restaurant. The food is mediocre at best and the beer was hot. The beach is very small and there’s a wall not far off the beach that keeps you from going further than waist deep. When you get to downtown you’re told that if something happens with your golf cart they’re leaving you. Then you’re told you need a wristband to get back on the boat despite not needing one prior. You’re lead through crowds and down a street to a crowded shop where they immediately try to sell you something. You don’t have enough time to rent a golf cart and explore and it’s so crowded everywhere that we just got a table and hung out. Boarding the boat is chaos. The ride back is the best part but they claim to be “under sail” but the engine is running. Spend your money somewhere else!

Pablo and the rest of the staff were a lot of fun and attentive to all of us, highly recommended, the drinks were unlimited and Playa Norte beach was very beautiful with crystal clear water and white sands

The cruise was fun, drinks were plenty and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The checking in process however could use some adjustments. When we arrived there were too many people waiting for their cruises to depart and it was really crowded. We waited over an hour in the scorching sun before boarding the cruise. I would recommend that the company stagger the times for guest arrivals and cruise departures to avoid the long waits in future. Overall though, we had an enjoyable time after boarding.

Bad food and Price for Seating on Island

The boat ride itself was a great time. The workers were very attentive and encouraged us to have fun while on the boat. The worst part of the trip w was when we were off the boat to get food and visit isla mujeres. The food/buffet was not the best for what is paid for in the package. Isla Mujeres was insanely beautiful but the trip was dampened because me and my friends had to pay for seating, which was insane to me. I’ve spent all this money and I can’t even sit? Anyway the catamaran was fun, but not everything after that. The workers on the boat were amazing though!

I had a blast with Cancun Sailing! My boyfriend and I were hosted/guided by Rena and we were on the Aleta boat. The entire boat staff amazing job keeping everyone on the boat happy (especially with the open bar) and comfortable. Isla Mujeres is beautiful and you have more than enough time to explore, eat at the included buffet and relax on the island. Free tequila tasting is included on the island and discounted jewelry. I will definitely be returning if back in Cancun!

The entire experience was great! Got picked up right on time, the boat was a really nice size and not to many people aboard. We saw some amazing things snorkeling and spent time on the island. The bartender in the boat didn’t let any cup go empty and after a bit everyone was just in a group hanging out. 10/10
