Mount a well-trained horse for a tranquil journey through the heart of the Mayan jungle on this thrilling package that also includes three signature adrenaline adventures. Staff was great!! The experience was great! My only disappointment was the photos and the cost. The 1 major photo that I most wanted was not in the photos sent to my phone. Don’t waste your money.

It was very fun, very efficient and a nice meal at the end. The only downside is we can take our own pictures, but it was OK. Everything was well worth it definitely recommend.

The driver arrived over 30 minutes late, after picking us up there was another pickup. Once we arrived to the excursion we were rushed in between activities. We were able to buy one of the photo packages, I wish they offered video. A small lunch of 2 tacos were also included with the options of vegetable, fish or pork, they also have other options available for an additional fee. Overall, it was a great activity to book besides the late pickup and being rushed.

Overall Great experience. All the activities were really fun. Prepare yourself to get dirty and wet. Bring towels and change of clothes. Water shoes are a must. Our tour guid George aka George of the jungle did a really good job, we liked him a lot. however I transportation needs a lot of work. They took us all around picking up people which took about 1 hour and half to get to final destination. The whole thing took about 8 hours, which we thought would only take 4. But great experience Ans I will recommend it.

Transfer was at least an hour, other people were 20-25 minutes late for the shuttle so that pushed back our time. Smaller groups would be more efficient for a faster process. The staff there was fine, maybe need a little more help to also help with the process. Wait times once you arrive are extreme! We all were grumpy. The feed you last after all of your activities, we had to stop mid-activity and tell them we weren’t going to continue our activities until we ate. Excursion is very basic and simple, ATV/zip line was ok. It’s something to do when there isn’t anything to do. Would i return or recommend? No

Overall a wonderful experience and great communication from the viator team. The horseback riding and ATV was great first experience. (expect to get dirty on the atv's) Ziplines were on the beginner side of thing but still really good. From our transport to the team at the park, they were super sweet. As others noted, the lunch is more like a snack but they do have an option to buy more food so budget for that too. I would highly suggest bringing money for the photos they take and gratuity just based on their excellent service.

Our transfer with Martin was great. The journey took between 1-2 hours from Playacar as we were the first guests collected. The activities themselves were great, however if you are big adrenaline junkies then this perhaps isn’t for you. My significant other and I enjoyed the day but it wasn’t a thrill (if that’s what you’re looking for). The zipline staff rushed you a fair bit and gave very little instructions. It almost felt like an inconvenience asking where the toilet was when we arrived. The Ziplines staff soon perked up at the end of the day when asking for a tip.. The tour guides leading the horse riding activities were brilliant. They were very funny and reassuring! The Cenote is good as you can jump from a height or use the slide or zip line to splash into it. The food included that they serve at the end of the activities is absolutely beautiful. Facitilities were good and there were free dispensed drinks available all day. I would recommend this trip but make sure you take something to cover from the sun.

This was a very fun experience, first time zip lining and it was definitely a good one for beginners. The horses are very beautiful well maintained. The staff is very friendly and food was good!

we had an absolutely incredible time celebrating my sister’s birthday! elias and his team were incredible instructors. we moved seamlessly from station to station, the group size was small so there wasn’t a lot of waiting around. everyone was super friendly and welcoming. swimming in the cenote was a highlight for me! also really happy with the pictures and videos they took. 10/10 experience!

Great experience! The staff was amazing, personable, and funny. My friends and I went for my birthday and had a great time. They allotted enough time to complete each activity and did not rush you to finish. The lunch was amazing. I’m not the biggest fan of chicken fajitas but I had two plates! The only negative but not a bad thing was you can’t have your phones at all but the staff do take pictures and record videos before and during the activity. For me, swimming in the cenote was my favorite part. The water felt amazing and was surprisingly warm. Make sure you have water shoes because the rocks hurt your feet. All in all, I highly recommend this excursion!

Our pickup driver was late Also we waited after the tour for 1 hour to be picked up and taken back to our resort. Too many stops of other guests which prolongs the time getting back to our resorts. Stops should be capped off at 2-3 stops per trip. Also my sons atv wheel fell off and he crashed into a tree. There was no tour guide behind us and we were out there by ourselves for about 5 minutes before finally getting help
