Riding a camel in Eilat is a fun, traditional way to explore the landscape, but daytime trips into the desert can mean intense sun and heat. Enjoy milder temperatures and gorgeous light for photography on a sunset camel ride through Wadi Shlomo and Tzfachot, then relax in a Bedouin tent as you sip a cup of tea and eat a light dinner.
Camel ride is timed for a beautiful desert sunset
Taste Bedouin tea made with the herb ‘habak’
Dine on cheeses, bread, and olives in a Bedouin tent
Hotel pickup and drop-off is available (additional expense)
Good outing and walk with camel. The genuinity of Bedouin meal was lacking though

It was a bit hard to get to the ranch, but the experience of camel ride in the desert area was worth it. We were expecting to go to a genuine Bedouin tent for dinner, but this was instead at the ranch itself with the people running the safari.
