After hotel pickup in Guilin, your tour starts with transport to the Li River to board your cruise.
As you float along the waterway, enjoy the scenery of karst peaks, and enjoy lunch on board before you arrive at a village on the river, where you'll get off the boat to visit a local family, providing the chance to see how people live here. Then continue to Yangshuo and take a walk along West Street, which runs through town and is inhabited by foreigners, giving it its current name. Its history, however, dates back 1,400 years.
Make a stop at a market to browse gifts and souvenirs, and then head back to Guilin to visit Reed Flute Cave, located just outside of town. You'll see how the 787-foot-long (240-meter) cave got its name as you check out the many reeds that grow outside, which are used to make flutes. Inside, get a look at the pillars, stalactites, and other formations, all lit up by multicolored lighting.
After spending much of today walking, your final activity is a foot massage to rejuvenate your feet. When this is over, you'll be returned to your hotel to end your tour.
