Start with a morning pickup at your hotel in Hanoi, then transfer to a produce market for a guided tour of Vietnam’s fruits, vegetables, and fresh herbs. You’ll get tips on how to select the best ingredients, and how each item is rooted in Vietnamese culture.
Continue to a learning kitchen, where you will prepare a Vietnamese meal with help from the chef: practice basic techniques and learn about flavor combinations, so you can recreate the food in your home kitchen.
When you’ve finished cooking, sit down to the meal you’ve prepared and share a drink with the chef. Following the lesson, you’ll be presented with a collection of Vietnamese recipes to take home with you. This half-day cooking class concludes with return transfer to your hotel.
