They don't let you take pictures of anything, they give you a bad feeling, in addition to that not everyone who sits in the helicopter manages to see the city.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a very strict policy with respect that all hand held devices and cell phones must be in your pocket while standing on an active helicopter ramp area. Photos cannot be take on the helicopter ramp area as the aircraft are landing and departing. In the interests of safety, passengers need two free hands to ensure and exit the helicopter. Once seated with your seat belt securely fastened, you are free to take photo of your helicopter tour experience. Note that the flash must be turned off to avoid blinding the Pilot in flight. All seats in the Airbus AS350B2 helicopter are stadium style forward facing for 180 panoramic views. Heavier and taller passengers are typically assigned seat 5 and 6 directly behind the Pilot, as they provide additional leg room and assist with the safe weight and balance of the helicopter.
Canceled our original booking - Bad Experience

Very bad experience- Booked the tour as a treat to my wife, they cancelled our flight telling they couldn’t find enough passengers to fill in apart from us 2. Called at 5pm the same day asking us if we can pre-pond our time to the earlier one, which we couldn’t due to other paid reservations. They finally moved our boot to the next day.
No video or photo of the helicopter was allowed - for someone who is taking the helicopter ride the first time, it’s not a good experience.
In summary, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Thank you for your review. We recommend that all passengers read Viator's important information on the tour web page. This includes information that the tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You were the only two passengers on an 11.45pm flight. We extended several options including moving your helicopter tour to the following day, which you accepted. In the interests of safety, we have a strict policy where passengers cannot use hand held devices of cell phones while embarking/disembarking the helicopter. Hand held devices and cameras can be used once you are securely seated inside the helicopter. Flash cannot be used as this could impair the Pilot during the flight.

Booked a night time vegas strip flight for 20:30. Pick up and drop off service is absolutely terrible! We selected the VIP transport option when booking and to be picked up from Caesars palace in Las Vegas. However, when we phoned 24hrs before the experience to confirm our pick up time, we were told to go to the Mirage. We were told we were being picked up at 19:15 but even though we were there at between 19:05 and 19:10 we were left behind. When we phoned to find out what was going on it took several phone calls before actually getting answers. They told us we weren’t on the pick up list which is ridiculous as we phoned 24hrs before to confirm our pickup and then had to wait for the bus to come back to get us! When we finally got to the air strip it was 20:15. We were then asked to wait for our name to be called out. However 20:30 came and went and people who were arriving after us were going out on their helicopter experience first. It was then we realised although you booked a time slot it didn’t mean that was the time you went out on your experience as they go by weight distribution. So by the time we went out on ours it was 21:30. After the flight we then had to wait for the bus to take us back which took forever. We were waiting for over 2hrs and when the bus finally came they could only get 10 people on it and wasn’t a first come first serve, they were taking people who were the easiest to drop off! So although we were waiting for over 2hrs to be picked up there were people who were only waiting for 10 mins and they were being given priority. I had booked VIP transport but it’s not VIP transport. Although the helicopter experience itself was amazing I would not recommend this company to anyone! Save your money and book with a more reliable company!!

I wanted to have memorable moments but it was ruined by the team because they don't let you take pictures outside the helicopter they treated us very harshly on the way to the helicopter this ruined the moment

This review is solely based on my personal experience, but overall, the tour was quite good. Please take a moment to read my review; it may help.
During the Memorial Day weekend, I had the opportunity to be seated with a group of five people on the window side at the extreme right, (behind the pilot). Naturally, I was excited to have a window seat, but to my surprise, all the main attractions were on the left side. Please don’t get me wrong, the view on the right side was still decent, but unfortunately, I couldn't see the famous Vegas Strip at all. I only caught a small glimpse of the left side, which was often obstructed by the cameras of the other five passengers. After the tour, I brought up this issue with the staff members, and while they were understanding..
The main reason for writing this review is to convey a message to the company, urging them to consider the experience of passengers seated on the right side. I don't seek a refund or any compensation, but I simply want to bring attention to this matter. To be honest, I barely saw any view at all. Traveling/booking solo has its advantages and disadvantages I suppose. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. Our Airbus AS350B2 helicopters are configured with six seats plus the Pilot. The seats are setup in stadium style configuration for 180 panoramic views. The flight route is regulated by the Las Vegas Air Traffic Control Tower and in the interests of safety, every helicopter Strip flight must flight in a anti-clockwise pattern. Note that passengers weighing over 230-250 Lbs may be assigned to the rear right hand seats directly behind the Pilot. This typically occurs to ensure the safe weight and balance of the helicopter. These rear right seats do have extra leg room and allow for heavier and taller passengers to feel more comfortable. In the event that you want to guarantee you seat, we do provide private Las Vegas Strip helicopter flights including private SUV hotel pickup and drop-off for $899.00 for up to six passengers.
